Last week our company’s management training programme continued with a special two day session on “teamwork and consensus”. It took place in a new resort very close to our Miaoli factory.
Over the two days of intensive workshops, we focused on personal assessment, teamwork and brainstorming in relation to the subjects of organization and business expansion. These subjects were given to us by our mentoring consultant.
Even though WJP is not yet a big corporation, as the result of the training, we learned how to use everyone’s unique quality and set of skills as part of a well-operating, focused team.
In WJP, it’s vital that each department has great communication and support from our factory.
The image above depicts a creative practice in which the teams created a scenario in clay of what every department does as part of their daily routine in order to create better understanding of each other’s work.
Based on the two day workshop, the conclusion is that in an ideal situation, both physical and digital tools been used in cooperation lead to faster, more efficient and more effective communication. Creating a tighter and more harmonic relationship between office and factory helps to develope an outstanding working environment and this is always our aim.
